Pickleball is big at PebbleCreek.  We have an awesome pickleball club with lots of talented members and we have lots of pickleball courts.  On Memorial Day, our club was able to bring in a Pickleball Hall of Fame guest player, Mark "Yoda" Friedenberg, to play some exhibition games with some of our top players.  It was really fun to watch the high level of play and get a chance to meet Mark.After the exhibition matches, they gave us all a chance to put our name tags into a hat for the chance to play with or against Mark.  My name was picked!  I teamed up with Mark for one game.  Here he is imparting some of his knowledge to the relatively new kid on the block.  Yes, I do have a lot to learn!It was a very fun experience and I am very thankful to our PebbleCreek Pickleball Club for putting... 06/04/2023

Recipe - Blueberry Cottage BowlYes, I'm going out on a limb here, knowing that ½ of the population doesn't like cottage cheese...BUT, you can substitute yogurt if you don't like it! I've been trying to be consistent watching my weight for the past year. Two of the biggest points that I learned when doing the previous diet I was on, was eating 5-6 times a day and drinking at least 90 oz of water helped me tremendously. Prior to that diet, I would go all day without eating, only having dinner with Ray - that was it. SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – Starting last week, the IRS commenced sending out Audit and Exam Notices to Taxpayers.  Most of the IRS notices given to me by potential clients have dealt specifically with payroll tax issues.  With this increase in audit activity, one thing I have noticed is that most of the taxpayers receiving these audit or exam notices are businesses that received the ERC.  In addition, the quarter or quarters being audited are the same quarters where the taxpayer qualified for the ERC.Over the next few weeks, I will be blogging about and highlighting what the IRS is looking at when it comes to ERC claims.  From what I see based on news releases from the IRS and posts on LinkedIn by the IRS is that the IRS is focusing on what it calls “ERC Mills”.  Here is a link to the IRS w... 06/04/2023

Well, someone once said the "clear writing gives poor thinking nowhere to hide". There is a Biblical saying "Guard your heart". Now many folks think that means to never fall in love. They are wrong. In Biblical times your heart was also a reference to the thoughts in your mind. Everybody Wants a Place to LiveIt's Spring and the most active time of year for house hunting.
