We are blessed with an early morning tide schedule this week.  It is the perfect time to go for a walk.  The morning sky was spectacular as you can see in the photo above!Meet the Great Danes!  We had a long chat with the owner this morning.  Every morning they trot along with the horse she rides for exercise every morning at dawn.   Later on they come to the beach for a walk, and another one in the evening.  The gold one is 8 years old and the other one is 5.  They are both very fit, thanks to their five mile daily routine! There is always a new adventure at Sandyland Beach!

Here is the most recent Ahwatukee AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for May 2021:  The average sales price of homes in Ahwatukee increased by $42,236 in May, after dropping $6,880 in April, reaching a new all-time high of $597,063 for May. The price per square foot increased for the fourth straight month, from $240/sf to $249/sf. Days on market decreased from 29 down to 22 for May, after increasing from 26 to 29 DOM from March to April. The DOM is at an all-time low, which means demand for homes in Ahwatukee is high, and homes are still selling fast.  Ahwatukee home sales for May increased for the third straight month to 151 homes sold, a 25.8% increase from May of 2020.
