I finally stopped everything and jumped right into Top Producer 8i. Definitely go through the online video training about setup. There are some very needed changes to your browser, but simple. After about 30 minutes I am enjoying the ease of navagating and getting use to the new layout. I believe my favorite currently is the Stats layout under Contacts. I think this is going to be a fun ride... Go ahead...Take the Plunge... Susan Ralls, Broker/Owner, e-PRO, PMN

If you're selling or transferring ownership of a home a Level 2 Chimney Inspection is recommended by the CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America) and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association). If you've never visited www.csia.org , I recommend everyone to review this website as soon as possible, and please take the time to watch the online tutorials on inspections and sweeping. A fireplace can be the most dangerous appliance in a home if not properly maintained. The reason I have this knowledge...I am the mother of a Certified Chimney Sweep. I am so proud that I attended the Press Conference Thursday, June 19, 2008, at the University of Central Arkansas to announce Hewlett Packard to open a $28 million Customer Service and Technical Support Center in Conway creating up to 1,200 new jobs. It was a packed house and I know HP was very impressed with the turn out of support. A big THANKS and CONGRATS to all who helped make this fantastic opportunity come true for Conway and the state of Arkansas. Susan Ralls, Broker/Owner, e-PRO, PMN www.PinwheelRealEstate.com

Ever heard the phrase ... the numbers don't lie?  Well, it's true.  No matter how hard we wish it weren't the case. After reviewing the stats from the first quarter of this year for Faulkner County, AR, as compared to the first quarter last year, it has become apparent that our local market has slowed some.  It took our market a little longer than the east and west coasts, but it seems we are always behind in everything that affects them ... good or bad.The numbers show that it is taking longer for homes to sell ... no big surprise there!  Anyone who regularly drives on the streets locally will likely have been passing a property with a REALTOR sign in the yard and it's been there for a long time now. It's not that they're not selling .. it's just taking longer to sell.  So, if you are a ...
