Here is the most recent Chandler Real Estate Housing Market Report for March 2021:  The average sales price of homes in Chandler continues to climb up to a new all-time high of $533,584 in March, another increase of almost $20k from February. The average sales price per square foot also continues to increase, and is now up to $234/sf from $228/sf last month. Days on market dropped for the second month in a row, down to an all-time low of 22 after it increased the two months prior.  Chandler home sales are up 4.7% from March of last year (and the highest they have been in this month since 2018), coming in at 357 for March of 2021. This could be a good sign that home sales are on the rise heading into the busy season. The number of new listings are only down -1.0% from March of last year...

Arizona Ranks High For Employment & Average Weekly Wage Growth In The Country! Data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) ranks Arizona third in the country for year-over-year employment percent gain and fourth for average weekly wage growth between 2018 and 2019. Year-over-year employment in Arizona rose 2.6 percent between September 2018 and September 2019, while average weekly wages went up 4.5 percent between the third quarter of 2018 and the third quarter of 2019 which translates to an increase of $44.
