We may be seeing a slight shift in the Lake Havasu housing market occurring right now (although it remains a seller's market for sure). I still highly recommend that buyers start the pre-approval process as soon as they decide that they want to look for a new home. That takes time.  - June 2021 Scottsdale Housing Market Video - June was another good month for home sales for Scottsdale, even though there were so few homes for sale. Here is a one-minute video overview of the Scottsdale, Arizona real estate market that covers the month of June. June 2021 - Video  Scottsdale Active Listings  Inventory is still well below where we were at this time last year and homes are still selling quickly. June ended with 573 homes on the market, 110% lower than last year.
