Here is the most recent Gilbert Real Estate Housing Market Report for March 2021: The average sales price of homes in Gilbert increased by over $41,000 in March, up to an all-time high of $534,902, and the price per square foot has continued to climb for at least nine straight months, and is now up to $223/sf. Days on market has dropped for the second straight month to an all-time low of 22 DOM. This is extremely low, and means that homes in Gilbert are selling very fast! Gilbert home sales increased by almost 100 over last month, but are still lower than in March of last year by -4.8%. Much of this has to do with the lack of homes listed for sale.
