An article in REALTOR® Magazine inspired me to write this post, thanks to my friend and fellow NAR GREEN Designee, Craig Foley. The article is a reminder of all that I've learned since 2008 about selling high performance homes. The process is different and requires expanded education to market, sell, and garner more value for this unique homes. Read on to see why and how the process is different.
