DEER IN YOUR YARD.... TOO?This Works!I found the following tip to keep Deer out of my Flowers from a Book I bought “Deerproofing Your Yard & Garden”, 2nd Edition. By “Rhona Massingham Hart”.I found Lots of great suggestions in her book. One that I found worked for me….. How do I know my Neighbours said they watched Deer bypass my yard and not their yards? Several Neighbours asked me what I was doing to keep Deer out of my Flower beds?Easy read in her Book on page  109….HAIRHuman hair is saturated with our scent which proves to be an effective deterrent against wild Deer. The 2020 Victoria Real Estate Market Year in Review  A total of 631 properties sold in the Victoria Real Estate Board region this December, 57 per cent more than the 402 properties sold in December 2019 and a 20.6 percent decrease from November 2020. Sales of condominiums were up 61.2 percent from December 2019 with 195 units sold. SINGLE FAMILY HOMES SALES IN JUNE HIT A NEW BENCHMARK WITH AVERAGES VICTORIA HOME SALES OVER A MILLION DOLLARS  July 2, 2020 A total of 808 properties sold in the Victoria Real Estate Board region this June, 9.2 per cent more than the 740 properties sold in June 2019 and 76.8 per cent more than the previous month of May 2020. Sales of condominiums were down 3.2 per cent from June 2019 with 209 units sold. Sales of single family homes were up 16.8 per cent from June 2019 with 460 sold."This June we saw competing factors from all different sides of the real estate equation," says Victoria Real Estate Board President Sandi-Jo Ayers. Apartment Investors| Not All Multifamily Rental Buildings Are the Same. Multifamily Apartment rental properties are not all the same. By that I mean, they often have different suite mixes i.e, One bedroom suites, Bachelor suites and Two and Three bedroom suites and often all of these types of suites are in an Apartment  building. I have found a mixed suite mix the most popular with Investors as opposed to a building with all one or two bedrooms or bachelor suites.And a lot of these buildings are heated differently, and some  owners include the heating costs otherwise the tenant pays for their own heating inside their suite.
