Here is the current inventory of condos for sale in the city of Brea California.As of today, there is only one condo for sale in Brea priced at $645,000 for a two-bedroom two-bathroom built in 1979. The price per square foot for this one is $591.74. To put that in perspective, the average price per square foot for a house in Brea right now is $581.90 which is 1.66% lower than the price of condominiums per square foot.
