You Gotta Know When to Cut Em Loose! Yesterday I read a blog post by Norm Werner.  He wrote about the time we spend with clients that waste our time and finally cutting them loose.  I've been doing this since 1984 and have picked up a thing or two about spotting bad clients, tire kickers, problem people or just not going to make my day kind of folks. When the internet lead called me yesterday I listened carefully to her: from Baltimore, looking for a beach property within 1 block of a dog beach, $180,000 for a 1/1 was her price point.  We have two dog beach's in San Diego "Del Mar", no way $180,000 and "Ocean Beach" could work.  She insisted we had one in "Pacific Beach" but it's "Fiesta Island" on Mission Bay and we don't have homes on Fiesta Island.  REOs are different than regular ... 09/08/2012
