I live in Seacliff on the Greens in Huntington Beach, CA. I have been a homeowner and resident here in Huntington Beach for thirteen years. I own a model 400 end-unit tri-level townhome in the Club Series. I work from here in a home office in the loft of my home. Seacliff on the Greens is a prestigous community which is guard gated 24 hours a day. It has two entrances, the main one off of Palm Avenue and another off of Seapoint. It is adjacent to the SeaCliff Tennis Club and the SeaCliff Country Club. As a seagull flies it is less than a half mile to the beach. There are three types of homes in SeaCliff on the Greens.
