Friday Fun Day: hard to believe I posted about this sign... end of August and we all had a good laugh. Speechless Sundays: Just for fun Wild mushroom risotto with lobster tails.I was planning on making a wild mushroom risotto and had to stop into a store on my way home from an appointment and look they had lobster tails on sale. What I wanted to share here is look at what a great job they did packing it.Truly amazing and the letter they included if there is damage how to go about getting it rectified. Truly great customer service. Happy Anniversary to Diane!!Well last year Diane & I spent October 4th at The Roof Garden in the Peninsula Hotel. We were having a Linner, late lunch early dinner, after all it was her 29th Anniversary. Well Cheers to another year, this year she was celebrating her 30th Anniversary, what to do? How can we out do that?Seriously not going into details she is having a surgery coming up in the near future and we opted not to focus on her 30th Anniversary. Instead, we took care of important matters such as her glasses and my glasses.... anyway, you get the idea.Hence, I decided to make a Sushi & Sashimi Dinner with Champaign.
