I had a couple in town from the Beach area last weekend.  They specifically wanted to look at homes that were in Gated communities, but non-golf course.  They found me via my website as I have drop down menus for each city with Gated and non-gated, golf and non-golf course communities.   Rancho Mirage, gated, non-golf course communities, is the City that caught their eye.  We ended up at Mirage Cove on the Hillside, overlooking the Desert Valley below.  A gated community of only 69 homes, the houses are each unique.  Many were built in the 80's and have since undergone extensive renovations.  There is a definate MODERN flair to many of the homes, with open spaces in the interior that bleed out directly to the exterior living spaces.  Very desert style! A client is happily ensconced in her new digs in the desert after the hassle of selling one property and purchasing a replacement home.  It's been a hectic couple of months but we pulled it off even as she continued to run her home-based business and the thermometer soared into summer triple digit territory.
