The calls seem to go in waves. Some months I receive more of them than others. I'm not sure of the criteria used by flippers and investors who seek out listing agents, but they could be concentrating on the top producers and maybe that's why I get so many contacts. They act like I should be thrilled to receive a call from a potential buyer -- when I work with sellers and, as such, I keep my sellers' best interests at the forefront of my business model.
