2025 Brasil Jazz Festa in San Diego While it’s not in Carlsbad if you enjoy Brazilian Jazz this concert is a winner. The 16th Annual Brasil Jazz Festa takes place on Saturday February 22nd at Dizzy’s Jazz Club from 7:00 to 9:30 pm. I have a particular fondness for this annual concert. We attended the first 4 festivals when they were held at the Encinitas Public Library starting in 2008. Little Italy condos in San Diego were some of the most sought after in the downtown area in 2022. With an average selling price of $865,043 condos in Little Italy San Diego are now some of the priciest in downtown San Diego.
