Are Schools Important When Buying a Home?According to a recent survey by the Bank of America 2016 Homebuyer Insights Report and a very telling graphic by the California Association of Realtors the answer is yes. San Diego home buyers from our experience say that the school that their children will go to when they buy a home is at the top of the list.
