As of April 5, 2010 35% of available listings in San Anselmo are in escrow. For the month of March 2010 13 homes sold in San Anselmo for an average final selling price of $812,093. The average original asking price of these homes was $852,799. The range of final selling prices of these homes was from a low of $419,000 to a high of $1,330,000. Of the 13 homes that sold (2 of which were distress sales) 1 sold at the original asking price and 4 sold over. It took these homes an average of 76 days to sell.
