2025 Fiesta del Sol in Solana Beach  The 44th annual Fiesta del Sol is coming soon, on May 31st and June 1st in Solana Beach.  The Festival is sponsored by the Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Belly Up and the City of Solana Beach. Festival hours are from 9 am to 10 pm on Saturday, and 9 am to 8 pm on Sunday. Fiesta del Sol takes place at Fletcher Cove Park at 111 S.
