Well almost Wordless Wednesdays: No it is not a crime scene it is the new way of showing homes. In case you are wondering the rules have been strict in California and more so in Los Angeles.There are fines that are levied against Realtors for violating the protocol by the various City Ordinances and then to boot by the various Home Owners Associations. Hence my best advise is to follow the rules. As we meandered around our former commercial real estate farm in the wee hours of the morning, we noticed the newest building of the Pacific Design Center.  The long awaited Red building was reflected into the Blue One.  The Blue building was the first one to be built and was affectionately known as the "Blue Whale".    The first notable tenant other than furniture wholesale designers was Mrs. Gooch" which offered organic foods and was a predecessor to Whole Foods in 1975.
