Live with a tax year in the US for at least 6 months and be claimed as a dependent on your tax return. They are either US residents or citizens and have valid social security numbers....

 Elkhorn Ranch is located South of E. Laura Erwin's Buyer closed this morning on this remodeled townhome and is SO excited.   She wrote almost a dozen offers earlier this year, but the market was too crazy and was unsuccessful.    Now that the market has cooled a bit, she was able to secure her home.    There still were multiple offers, but not $50k over list price! She is looking forward to the end of the 60-day lease back she did for the Seller, and can make this cute townhome HERS!  Congratulations!  She will do her inspection tomorrow, but Laura and the buyer feel very confident the home is in good condition.    This property is so close to shopping coffee shops and to E-470.    With being in Littleton, it is close to the mountains also, so easy access to go hiking, camping, biking or skiing in the winter! Laura and her...

Is it when the properties are side by side?    When the building has three stacked high, is that a condo?    This description may vary depending on where you live, but in Denver, this is how it is determined. TYPICALLY, when you look at the legal description of the property and has a lot and block, then it is a townhome.   It will even have how the assessor views it in the records.  BUT, there are rare times that this is still incorrect, as when title pulls the commitment, you see the legal as Condo and unit number.   Not sure how this can vary from the assessor and title, but on rare occasions it does. Typically, if you have a front and back door, have some land to use as outdoor space, that is usually a townhome, but not always.   This came up recently in a transaction, and there coul...

 The stats are out for the month of September, and it was another strong month!   As of almost mid-October, we are still experiencing  low inventory, down 43.8% over one year ago.
