The real estate market in Dillon, Colorado is recovering nicely with the average sold price the highest it has been in the past 10 years at $398,384 compared to $388,697 in 2015.  Buyers don’t fear  — the average sold price per square foot of $265 is still lower than the height of $280/square foot in 2008 in the Dillon Colorado real estate market.  However, the list price to sales price percentage is tightening up at 98% so far in 2016.Currently there are 22 properties for sale in Dillon, Colorado.  In 2015, there were 209 sales which leaves only 1.26 months of inventory.  In 2010, the average days on market was at its height with 144 days.  So far in 2016, the average days on market is down to 62 days.  As the average days on market keeps decreasing and inventory of properties in Dillo...

Dillon CO Real Estate Market Report January 2013 The Dillon CO Real Estate market is on the rise like all of Summit County Real Estate.  In 2012 there were 154 sales in Dillon CO Real Estate compared to 2009 when there were only 97 sales which was a 10 year low.  While the number of sales is only half of the high in 2004 with 318 sales or 2007 with 307 sales, sales data indicates a slow yet steady turn around in the Dillon CO Real Estate market. In 2012 the average sold price per square foot was $216 which is down -22.86% from the 2008 average of $280 per square foot.  There is however a slight increase in the average over 2011 which was $209 per square foot.  With an increase in sales and the average sold price rising it appears the Dillon CO Real Estate market is starting to recover. ...
