The Frisco Colorado real estate market is continuing to improve even though the average sales price for the first quarter of 2016 is down slightly compared to all of 2015.  While the average sales price of Frisco, Colorado properties is down -3.0%, the average sold price per square foot has increased +5.9%.  With only 22 sales so far in 2016, it is highly probable that by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2016 the average sales price will surpass that of 2015.At the height of the Frisco Colorado real estate market in 2007, the list price to sales price percentage was 98%, in 2010 this dropped to 94% but has since recovered to 99% in 2016.  Currently there are only 25 residential properties for sale in Frisco, Colorado.  With 223 sales in all of 2015 the absorption rate is notably low at 1.3...

Frisco Colorado Real Estate is on the rebound similar to the rest of the Summit County Real Estate market.  In 2013 there were 160 sales compared to the low of 2009 with only 98 sales and the height of 2005 or 2007 with 225 or 220 sales.  While the list to sales price is also tightening at 97% in 2013 compared to the low of 2010 at 94% and the highest being 98% in 2005, 2006 and 2007.  However, in Frisco Colorado Real Estate the good news is that prices have not climbed back up to their height in 2007.In 2013 the average sales price for all Frisco Colorado Real Estate (condos, townhomes, duplexes and single family homes) was $473,202.  This is an increase of +7.27% over the average in 2012, $441,130.  Although the average sales price is still down -18.15% from the height of the Frisco R...
