Fleming Island Real Estate Market Report January 2016All I can say is...Yikes! Look at the months Inventory. Go ahead, but it's not pretty. 8.74 months. That is what we would consider a buyer's market. It shows us that at the current inventory level, it would take almost 9 months to sell everything on the market. Not a great way to start off the year, but the good thing is, spring is right around the corner. Orange Park Real Estate Market Report January 2016The year is starting out strong in the median sales price in Orange Park for January. 12.2% increase is a nice way to start out! We Eagle Harbor residents are so very excited that our Golf Clubhouse is about to open again! Our General Manager Ryan Parr gave us a tour a couple of weeks ago to show us the progress and it looks great! The dining area has been enlarged to accommodate larger groups than before.
