There were 8 real estate sales closed in Key Largo from April 3 through April 9 as reported by the Florida Keys Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. Key Largo extends from Mile Marker 91ish north to Mile Marker 126. The lowest sale price was $141,500K for a condo and the highest was $575K for 917 Jade Dr. a single family home with dockage. The medium price was just over $200K.
