I had previously announced that that this beautiful farmhouse styled home in River Woods Estates in Rockledge was UNDER CONTRACT!!!  Now, I need to announce that the Buyer has withdrawn from the contract due to no fault of her own. First I will say that when we went under contract, the home had been on the market for 1,390 days.  The Seller listed it way too high to begin with, which we all know often happens. This is such a cautionary tail for the 2022 real estate market in many parts of the Country!My buyers sold a house in the Carolina's (in October 2021). They made the decision to sell first before trying to buy a home here in Florida. They were able to convince the buyers of their home to allow them to stay in the home for five months (through the end of February). They assumed this would give them plenty of time to come down, find a home they liked and purchase that home. This was another repeat customer who called me about a year ago.
