I had the pleasure of showing a couple of properties in the Sanderling Club yesterday. What a fabulous beach front community on Siesta Key. It is one of the few gated beach front communities in Sarasota, Florida. It is located just south of the Stickney Point bridge on Siesta Key and just south of the Point of Rocks area. This is a very exclusive neighborhood with several beach front estates. Some of the estates have several acres on the water. As of late 2009 you can figure the starting price for getting a home on the beach is the neighborhood of around $2.5 million. The beaches in the Sanderling Club are very private andy ou can walk for miles and miles without seeing very many people.
