The Atlanta area is seeing it's fair share of new construction! No matter where you turn, something is coming out of the ground! Brookhaven is no exception. This newly formed city (Devcember, 2012) has around 51,000 residents and is located North of Midtown and Buckhead. It's home to a MARTA transit station that is set to have new development in some of the lesser used parking lots, as well as Oglethorpe University. There are numerous townhome communities throughout Brookhaven. Many are well established, and there are new ones under construction, like Blackburn Row. Blackburn Row is a 10-home community located adjacent to Blackburn Park, and just off of Johnson Ferry Road in Brookhaven.
