I have visited many active adult communities in Atlanta, but the one I probably like the best is Village at Deaton Creek, a Del Webb 55+ community.  Like most active adult communities it is located on the outskirts of the metro area, in a small community called Hoschton, in Jackson County GA.  It is located just off Interstate 85 kind of between Chateau Elan and Road Atlanta, two landmarks you will be familiar with if you live in the Atlanta metro area. So why is the Village at Deaton Creek one of my favorite of the 55+ communities in Georgia.  Many reasons to include, well it's a Del Webb community for starters.  Del Webb knows active adult communities, that's for sure.
