Today is FAN day.  What is FAN day you ask?  Today is the day when the members at Midway Macedonia Baptist Church in Villa Rica take time to celebrate their favorite teams, in good old fashioned Christian fellowship.   If you are near Villa Rica, GA come on out to the soccer fields behind the church, and meet some really nice Christian people who also are sports fans.  Meet me at the big RV...my sister has 60 burgers, and 60 hot dogs, plus chili waiting.

But for now, it seems sales are picking up especially with the $8000 tax credit being available. So now with the extension that seems to be inevitable, it's more than ever a great time to buy!For sellers, is it a great time to sell?
