Oʻahu Condo Market Saw Improved Activity, While Single-Family Home Sales Dipped Slightly Year-to-date, median sales prices continued to rise modestly in both markets  HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, More than 1,000 Oʻahu properties priced at $500,000 and below have sold during the first half of 2026.
