My Favorite Honolulu Neighborhoods:  Waialae Golf Course, in the Diamond Head Region Waialae Golf Course offers some of the best golf course homes on Oahu. This neighborhood contains roughly 350 homes. Lot sizes are large, usually 10,000 to 20,000 square feet in size. Many homes have been remodeled or even rebuilt and most feature swimming pools, gorgeous lawns and outdoor recreation and entertainment areas. The neighborhood offers a convenient location, a short drive to the Kahala Mall, easy access to the freeway and is not too far from downtown Honolulu.
