What happened to Oahu real estate in July 2026?Some Oahu neighborhoods saw dramatic changes in sales and prices, while others moved in the opposite direction.Downtown to Nuuanu recorded a 1,200% increase in single-family home sales, while the North Shore led Oahu with a 36% increase in median home price.The condo market showed signs of improvement too. O'ahu Single-Family Home Sales Jump 20.5% as Median Price Rises Sales above $1.3 million nearly doubled year-over-year, while one in three homes sold still closed under $1 million HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, More than 1,000 Oʻahu properties priced at $500,000 and below have sold during the first half of 2026.
