Old Metairie Homes and MansionsNorthline Street with Large Neutral GroundsThese Homes look like Mansions        This is a great neighborhood in Old Metairie near the Country Club and Gold Course. Large homes that can easily be called Mansions since they are large and unique. There are few homes like this in other areas of Old Metairie. The Northline Street has large trees and a great Neutral Ground with plants and paths. This area is close to New Orleans..All these homes have large yards and all are worth more than a million dollars. It is a great area to walk around and walk to the tennis courts at the Metairie Country Club.        I walked the area to take the photos of several streets in this neighborhood. Iona Street in Old MetairieWalking Down the SteetVariety of Great Homes     Old Metaire has many streets that have many different homes. We walked down Iona Street that was not far from the Old Metairie Country Club. This Street had a variety of many different homes. These large homes are not listed for sale very often. Such a variety of homes. Lots of updates in the neighborhood. Walking down the streets gives us a lot of knowledge more than driving.        This Iona Street has some wide and large homes as the Street begins. Old Metairie Homes on Falcon Road      This a a great street with lots of large home and large lots. Many of the homes are large and wide. This area is on the way to the Old Metairie Country Club. At the end of the street is the Old Metaire Playground. The large homes and Lots are between Airline Highway and Railroad Tracks. Many of these homes are very wide. Old Metairie Country Club580 Woodvine AvenueMetairie, La.  70005      Started in 1922 as a golf course. It features a great golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness center outside the Country Club. The club itself is great for parties, meetings with great drinks and eats.       We had our Gardner Office Christmas Party here this December. Played tennis twice this month and they have some great courts on which to play. The food was great at the party as was the staff that worked the party.    03/17/2022
