Hamilton Reservoir, also known as Holland Lake is located south of the center of Holland, MA.  It is fully recreational and relatively large at 412 acres.  Hamilton Reservoir is split by Mashapaug Road into two parts - a north basin and a south basin.  The reservoir is pretty shallow with an average depth of 6 feet and a maximum depth of 21 feet.  There are approximately 9 miles of shoreline which is 70% developed with residential homes and cottages.  The southern most tip of the reservoir lies in the state of Connecticut.  There are always lots of homes for sale in the area, if you're looking for Holland property you can find it here.  If you are looking for something more specific on the lake, contact us and we will help you find what you're looking for.
