Happy Memorial Day As we remember those who sacraficed so much for us this weekend I think of my dad and many of my cousins and Uncles and my sister-in-law who served.  I am always grafeful for what they did as I am sure you all are too. It is a special day and we will reflect as we spend time with the ones we love.  Thank you so many who gave so much This weekend we celebrate the arrival of summer, the joy of friends and family, and the brave men and women who fought for our freedom. Happy Memorial Day to you and yours.

New Homes Listed in Holliston MA by The Todaro TeamDirect Mail Marketing is the "ideal marketing method" when a certain group of people need to be "targeted." Target marketing was done today to promote the latest two buildable lots that The Todaro Team just listed. The target was 70% of the single family homes in the town of Holliston. Loving The Clyde Family Two days ago this family lost their home to a house fire due to faulty heating system.  Fortunately they were not at home.  They only have the clothes on their back right now. Flying High - After a real estate listing of mine that was put up for sale and just started showings on Sunday and went under agreement 48 hours later. Since this was a referral, the referring broker thought it was "awesome" and noted "very impressive work". Those are always good words to hear from your referring broker. Why though ....  did it go under agreement so quickly? Kudos to the Holliston High School Students who sponsor and organize Winter Walk which is a 5 mile walk around Holliston with proceeds donated to end homelessness in Massachusetts. The proceeds of the Walk are donated to HomeStart, Inc which is an organization that works to solve the problem of homelessness in MA. HomeStart acts as a real estate agent for the homeless.
