I enjoy daily walks through Kentlands and neighboring Lakelands. When I walk during daylight hours, I enjoy having a camera in hand to capture the colors of the season. The flowers, plants and decorations become my subjects. All of my albums may be viewed on my Facebook page.

‘Silver Spring Thursday Night Concerts’ Return for Summer Thursday nights will be alive with music this summer in Downtown Silver Spring as the free “Silver Spring Thursday Night Concerts” series returns to Veterans Plaza. Concert series are scheduled for 7-9 p.m. each Thursday evening through Aug. 11. The next performance, on June 30, will feature the six-piece Moxie Blues Band playing blues, with a touch of Southern rock. Veterans Plaza is located at 1 Veterans Place, adjacent to the Silver Spring Civic Building.
