   This home went to settlement today but there was no TOO LATE sign. When I went on the listinga few weeks ago, the decision was made not to make it active until the end of August.  The sellers wanted the house vacant and needed time to move out. While the movers were doing their job, a buyer approached the seller. The seller called me with the buyer's information. A contract was written with a  three week closing and in "as is" condition.There was no TOO LATE sign because the FOR SALE sign was never installed.   HomeRome went straight to SOLD. We had another smooth settlement...this time without the Too Late sign.        08/23/2016
