 February 2025 Ballantyne Housing Report: Prices, Sales, Inventory Trends Ballantyne's real estate market in February 2025 saw the median home price increase compared with the previous month, while remaining steady year-over-year. Average sale price declined both monthly and annually. However, given that home prices in the Ballantyne area range from the mid-$300,000s to over $2 million, the drop in the average sale price likely reflects the mix of homes sold rather than an actual decrease in property values. The list-to-sale price ratio improved 1.81% from the previous month, reaching 99.76%, though it remained lower than February 2024’s 102.41%.
