Home sales dropped to their lowest level in three years. The average days on market decreased by five days from December but remained 23 days higher than in January 2024. New listings doubled after four months of consecutive declines, while housing inventory fell for the third straight month but remained slightly above last year’s levels. Final draw on my FHA 203k in Charlotte NCI really enjoy seeing these projects go to completion. Isn't that what it is all about? This is true wherever they are. The owners finally get to move into the house they have been working on for much too long. I say that knowing that every renovation project will likely take longer than anticipated.In any case as the final draw inspection approaches I'm thinking "ready to move in" condition.
