A condotel is a condominium where all the individual all the units are owned by different owners. After 11 years, the Gary Shell Cross-City Trail is complete. It spans 15 miles from Wade Park in Wilmington to the ICWW in Wrightsville Beach, NC. It provides bicyclists, runners, and walkers a safe way to traverse the city. This last completed branch goes under the Heide Trask drawbridge to provide access to restaurants and residences in the area. I can't tell you how many times per week someone calls me to tell me even now with loan limits at all time highs with FHA they aren't high enough in "My Area". You want everything handed to you... wow. FHA is so very responsive to market conditions as the have been for many years. Let's say your county has a maximum loan limit for SFRs at $271,000 but your median price range is $400,000. Simply document the facts. Provide your local FHA lender with documentation of home prices in your area and they can request that HUD review this info to get the loan limits increased. What you need to know-- Wrightsville Beach Condos My video covers a couple of major tips for buying Wrightsville Beach condos or considering Kure Beach real estate. A lot of advice on the latters is at the local blog Kure-Beach-Homes.com. ...What do these look like? let's take a look at the list and here's a good example - Ocean Dunes is a stick built community and a it does have like a across the street, a nice rec area with uh a swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, and some other facilities, exercise room.  It has some challenges, over the years it's not been managed well at all, in fact the previous person associated with the community has said perhaps, got arrested for legal battles, for not running the community well.  It’s as a result the monthly fee huge, here it is, 830 dollars ... 09/07/2013

Shell Island Resort Condos for Sale A great concrete and steel building in Wrightsville Beach is Shell Island Resort condos.  They are built to last and can be a great investment.  Most banks don't lend on this hybrid condotel building but I do have a local lender that knows what a surreally great investment return it is in term of low expenses and cash flow so they do loans on the building for qualified buyers/investors.   Wrightsville Beach NC Condos are the bomb Ever been to Wrightsville Beach?  It's VERY deep and often you have it all to yourself.  It's a great 2nd home scenario for somebody who needs beach therapy a few times a year.     08/23/2013
