The homes sold ranged in price from $160,000 for a three bedroom 1800 square foot cottage to $418,000 for a four bedroom, three and a half bath 2850 square foot custom built home. Ten of the homes were resales with an average selling price of $110 a square foot, a low of $82 and a high of $147. The homes sold on average in 48 days and as quickly as four days and the longest took 273 days to sell. The resales were built from 2006-2012.
