Over the past year, I have sold several New Celebrity Homes in Omaha, NE.  The other day I requested a price sheet from Monica Lang.  She mentioned the new area in Cimarron Woods in La Vista. I thought, "What!" She said, "Celebrity Homes in Omaha bought the remaining lots in the Cimarron Woods East area."  They plan to build larger two story and ranch homes in the area.  This is the second subdivision that Celebrity Homes has bought up the remaining lots, the other being Giles Corner (72nd and Harrison). One thing to consider when building a new home in Omaha, NE is how many lots in the subdivision have sold.  The more lots sold the less likely this could happen to you.  Secondly, if you are one of the first homes built in area and it is slow to develop, you may have higher property tax... 10/11/2008
