The windows are in. the facade is on....  check out the video     These condos looked like a European train table until the shift of power in the Hoboken city council last night. I think the retail space will eventually be subdivided  because according to the Public Offering Statement  the retail space takes up nearly a city block on the first floor.  Please, please make it a Cheesecake Factory and not the world's largest nail salon, bank, liquor store combo.  Now if there was ever a place where this behemoth all in one manicure, money machine, Makers Mark mall would do well, it would be Hoboken.   Hey, I'll get my nails done while picking out some wine....
