Exploring Niagara Falls with Miss Feng ShuiThis is my second time visiting Niagara falls, and I have to say there is a stronger appreciation for the amazing beautiful and power of this natural wonder of the world. If you decide to stay over on the American side, and lesson the expense of driving across the bridge, finding parking, etc, pack yourself a pair of great supportive walking shoes and take the pedestrian walkway to Canada. This is a view you can see when crossing the pedestrian bridge to Canada. There were clear differences with the American side vs. the Canadian side. All I'll say is, America, there is much work to be done and great potential. Sunnyvale California Internet company Yahoo Inc. is looking to establish a data center in Western New York.  Governor Paterson's office confirms that they are talking with Yahoo executives and trying to convince them to do business in WNY. The center would house computer systems and other equipment.  State officials say it would result in 70+ high paying technica jobs, but the luring the big-name company could help with other economic development efforts.  Governor Paterson wants the New York Power Authority to come up with a low-cost power plan for Yahoo that would help lure them to the Buffalo area. I had a new agent refer me the other day.  That's always a good thing - Right!  I reached out to the buyer and explained what would be provided to him and provided my fee for the inspection and we decided to schedule the inspection. I use an inspection scheduler and email conformations out to the buyer, the buyer's agent and the listing agent just to remind everyone that an inspection has been scheduled.  Good communication is always useful.  Today I received two emails after again talking with my client.  These emails were from the buyer's agent.  Let me share these with you - I removed names to protect the innocent.     Ok, so I got up at 5am and got myself to Niagara Falls!   And witnessed the taping of Good Morning America this morning.   My fingers no longer frozen, I can now share all the photos!   Check out the rest of the photos of Good Morning America! There was a lot of excitment waiting for the Good Morning America Crew!   I watched as Chris Como climb over the railing to broadcast.   There was a wedding and so much fun!   Two hours of national coverage about Niagara Falls!    How great! Oh yea, Ty Pennington and his associates from Extreame Home Make Over surprised a young boy.
