Why should you keep digging and never give up? It doesn't matter if your looking for a pot of gold or a hard to find old car part or if you are looking for your next client for what ever job have (being a Realtor, mortgage broker, home inspector, you get the point). This could apply to any job....really anything in your life... Well because you never know whats going to be under the next scoop you dig up.....That's why... Yes some days you find nothing and other days you find good things.... It is a day to day trial and error and if you just give up you will never know what was under that last scoop you never turned over... And if you dig deep enough and try hard enough and have the stamina to stand the test of time you just may find gold around the next corner....or that old car part you...

Well Are You? Everyone that knows me, knows I love old cars, bridges, and buildings...But I also love the new things also, and always get excited when I hear of a new car coming out or a new building going up or somewhere a brand new bridge is being built... Mr Ford once said "People can have the Model T in any colour--so long as it's black."Well it was 19 years before Henry Ford "Looked to the Past for the Future." And changed his thinking. By the end of 1927 you could have any Model A in 4 different colours ....Just not Black... He went back to the past and gave people a choice. Now don't get me wrong I love the Internet and all it has done for Real Estate and the vast information and knowledge we can consume from it. How it has opened up a new market for everyone to meet that you wou...

Republican or Democrat I can tell you this I don't give a shi...... What I'm trying to say is if you ask me I think they only look after themselves (their political affiliation that is)... I couldn't tell you one from the other what they are when they were telling me their political views...left,right,center,crazy,what have you on that....  Does it even matter? Maybe.... maybe not...Who am I to say what is right and what is wrong? listen carefully people some things are black and white with right and wrong you know it and I know it...you rob someone its wrong.... you speed down the street it's wrong.... you murder someone ( I'm not talking killing someone when you are protecting your family) I am talking you go out get drunk and run someone over or just go up and murder someone when you...

80 years ago on this date 10-24-1929 was the start of Great Depression Who caused it and why? Many people blamed the crash on commercial banks that were too eager to put deposits at risk on the stock market....sound familiar maybe.. I wasn't there (I was born in 1969) I only know what I read in the history books and we all know history is in the eyes of the writer of it. So what really happened? The day of the stock market crash.  At 1 p.m. on the same day (October 24), several leading Wall Street bankers met to find a solution to the panic and chaos on the trading floor. The meeting included Thomas W. Lamont, acting head of Morgan Bank; Albert Wiggin, head of the Chase National Bank; and Charles E. Mitchell, president of the National City Bank of New York. They chose Richard Whitney, ...

Well it is just about that time of year. The kids are going to dress up run around the neighborhood and collect candy and prizes from the houses with their porch lights on...And you have to follow them and make sure they are safe....The older ones run off and the younger ones cry from all the scary and crazy costumes and the bigger kids frightening them....If your like me and have a kid or two every five years it just goes on and on and on (20 years of trick or treating with the little ones) Now I'm not saying it ain't fun....ok yes I am sometimes its not....but then sometimes it is...... ANYWAY......  If you don't have little ones at home and don't want to pass out candy I found some fun things for you big kids (21 and over ) to do. A few of the local wineries are having party's that ...

On a road trip with the girls over the Memorial Day weekend we spotted this very friendly and cute llama in Geneva, Ohio a town in NE Ohio in Ashtabula County. Morris, the llama was visiting a local store that sells alpaca textiles. He was on a leash walking down the sidewalk and we just had to stop and talk to his handler and find out why a llama was walking down the sidewalk!! It was a beautiful day in NE OHIO with the temperatures in the 80's and a fun time was on tap for the day with Sandy, Debbie and myself!

Taxes Taxes Taxes......well now every one that owns a... car ....van ....truck ....motorcycle ....or motor vehicle will know what I am talking about....it is your license plate tax.. And just about every state in the Union has a different amount they pay....And it seems to me every year the price goes higher and higher...they could at least fix the roads... This is a lighter blog then my last one I'm not so bent about it because I didn't fall off my roof today...LOL This is about your license plates that you have to pay for to drive your car on the roads... Today is the anniversary of the license plate On this day in 1901 New York issued the first automobile plate...Although they were not the first to charge you. You had to make your own plate at that time. The first to jump on the band...

As most of you know I'm into old cars and VW bugs and I was reading one of my Volkswagen web sites tonight and came across this article that really has nothing to do with my cars or real estate. But I thought I would share with you because of the important information in it...It is geared more towards the Lady's but it is also good information for us men also... Seeing how a lot of the time we work alone in the real estate field maybe just maybe it will save your life some day. I hope none of you ever have to use any of this but if you do I pray it works for you.. The following is what I coped word for word please forward it to everyone you love and reblog this so everyone in the rain can read these tips ......peace zane website   Because of recent abductions in daylight hours, refresh ...
