Holland, Ohio is a fairly small community just west of Toledo, Ohio with Airport Highway as the main road from Route 475 to Toledo Express Airport which is just west of Holland.  There are a variety of homes and prices in the Holland area--some are in the upper price range as well as some in the lower price range.           Springfield Hills is a subdivision located off Hill Avenue between King Road and Mc Cord. Currently there is only one active listing.  During the past year there have been five home sales in this subdivision.
