Mason Ohio and Deerfield Twp. Ohio Real Estate. Active properties went down through the Holidays as they always do. Then, many of those that were taken off the market or that had expired in October, November, and December came back on the market in January. We should see an increase in March for New Listings in March that's for certain.   The number of Pending properties in Mason Ohio and Deerfield Twp. Ohio is now 141 as of March 9, 2010 (my birthday by the way). As you can see, those properties have been on the market an average of 96 days. Mason Ohio Real Estate Pending Properties. The number of Pending Properties has risen to 123 in Mason Ohio and the surrounding area. November Solds- 110 December Solds - 102 January Solds - 45 February Solds - 58 Because the tax credits were extended, some of the December solds, would have been in November, but for the extension.   It will be interesting to see what March's number of Solds will be with the 123 Pendings in February. Last year in March brought 83 Solds. My guess based on the past trends, with 123 Pendings we will end up with 92 Solds in March. What's your guess?  Keep in mind, the Tax Credits, both of them stipulate that you must have an accepted contract by April 30 2010 as one of the qualifiers to claim the $6,500 and $8,000 Tax Credits. The property then must close by J...

2010 Mason Ohio and surrounding area January Real Estate Market Update saw 247 New Listings enter the real estate market in the Mason Ohio and surrounding areas, including Kings Mills, Landen, and Maineville. 159 properties had price reductions which means about 20% of the inventory made price adjustments.    See how January MORE than doubled December's new listings for Mason Ohio and surrounding area in Real Estate.  January had more new listings than the 3 prior months, October, November and December. This chart doesn't show it, but January's Sold numbers are down overall exactly 100 from January 2009 (824 2010 vs. 924 2009 all Cincinnati MLS)

Keller Williams Advisor Agents all pitched in and made RED Day 2009 a huge success!  This day of giving back was not only rewarding and fun, but the overwhelming response of participants caused us to complete our project 3 hours early!!   We met at Heritage Park in Mason last Thursday at 8:45 am and put wood chips around the perimeter of the drive around the park.  I counted about 30-50 people there (all KW agents) and staff.  My wife Jessica and I brought two of our boys along but they mainly played on the playground.  I was proud of our team and the efforts of everyone that attended.  To learn more about Mason Parks or Keller Williams Red Day, just click on the links in this sentence. Here at Stage a Star.... we specialize in the Staging Consultation.  As a home seller or Realtor, one of the most cost effective things you can do in preparing your home or listing for the real estate market is investing in a Staging Consultation.  Our latest success story is a cool little condo with a beautiful view of the lake in the Cincinnati suburb of Mason.   The homeowners were a young couple ready to sell their condo and move up into a larger home.   They were looking to do the majority of the work themselves but needed a "plan of action"  with detailed professional recommendations to follow.  I have to say....this was our best consultation transformation to date!  When we returned for the follow up visit, I was simply AMAZED at the little creative touches the homeowner added to...

The city of Mason Ohio requires property owners to submit a quarterly report of all active renters in Mason to the tax office. The city wants the tax office to have the names of all renters in Mason and therefore require owners to provide the information. They ask for the name and social security number of all adults and children.

The following quote tells the story!Jo,My house has been on the market for a year with no offers.  Since I had moved before listing it, there was no furniture when we had the showings.  My realtor suggested I stage it and contacted your company to do the work.  I agreed with your suggestions to give it "eye appeal".  The furnishings were lovely and just enough to show perspective buyers how beautiful the house is when decorated.   In just 3 weeks the house sold!  Without your services I would probably still be waiting for an offer.   EYE APPEAL IS BUY APPEAL!Thanks so much! Bunny

Deerfield Township   Formed in 1803, the year Ohio became a state, Deerfield Township got its name from the large numbers of deer that stopped at local "deer licks", or salt licks.   Deerfield Township lies in the southwestern portion of Warren County and borders Butler and Hamilton Counties. Home to 25,000 residents and almost 500 businesses, Deerfield Township is exploding with growth, but remains a residential community with an emphasis on single-family homes. At 19 square miles, Deerfield is home to the large cities of Landen, Maineville, and Sharonville as well as small communities like Kings Mills and 20 Mile Stand. The township has the largest business base in Warren County. Transportation  18 miles northeast from downtown Cincinnati, Deerfield Township lies at the intersection o...

Some condo associations in the West Chester and Mason area do not allow rentals. It's very important that any potential buyers know if there are any restrictions regarding renting. Buyer should always have the opportunity to view condo documents prior to closing!
