Hello out there fellow people of the Upper Ohio Valley. I am a brand new agent that is looking to get my business started and off the ground.  I have signed with Featheringham Realty Inc. in Wintersville, Ohio and want to get some listings, as does everyone in this business, and get my name established.  I was born and raised in Cadiz, Ohio and am now raising my own children there.  They attend Indian Creek Schools here in Wintersville so they are close to me.       I sometimes feel that I came into the real estate market at the wrong time, but here in Jefferson and Harrison Counties in Ohio we haven't seen as many foreclosures like everyone else has.  Yes they are out there pretty strong, but I think it's going to make me a good agent because nothing is as it seems with these.  You hav... 05/20/2008
