I am partial to the Twin Oaks neighborhood in Edmond OK. When my son and his family moved to the Oklahoma City metro they wanted a nice, moderate priced area near a great elementary school. After some school research and recommendations we determined Twin Oaks would be the most desirable neighborhood for them. Twin Oaks is near NW 178th Street and Western and Washington Irving Elementary School is just right there in the neighborhood. Twin Oaks has a total of 465 homes that were built between 1985 and 2003. Sizes range from 1,322 square feet to 2,749 square feet. Prices currently range from $155,000 to $183,000 with the median price being $155,750.
