I just read some great news about a new set of traffic lights going up at Canaan Road & highway 174 near Rockland. This traffic light going to Rockland will make it easier or drivers coming from Canaan Road to go on the Highway 174. This is a very difficult task, specially during the rush hour, morning and night. This extra traffic light might not be liked by everyone as it will add one more slow down for commuters to/from Rockland, but for the safety of everyone it is something that needs to be done. Just a quick update to let you know that the fist block of 8 townhouses by C.H. Clement Construction os now sold out. You don't have to worry because the second block of 8 has just been released and the good news is that the price has not increased. The middle units are stil $205,900 and the end units are only $212,900. The townhouses come standard with hardwood and ceramic on the main floor and ceramic in all bathrooms. There are 2 options to choose from in the units. You can have the standard home but you can also get an extension at the rear of the home which extends it by almost 4 feet.
