An overlooked corner of Lancaster County PA is what's known as "Central Manor".  Roughly, it lies between Millersville on the east and Washington Boro on the west.  Route 999 runs through it's middle but is a minor byway.  Farmland makes up the bulk of the land, with several large creeks flowing towards the nearby Susquehanna River.  Central Manor has only a few larger developments so the landscape is particulary pristine.Manor township is the governing municipality.  The school district is Penn Manor, with a local elementary school.
