There is always plenty happening along the Main Line. In fact you can pretty much always find something to do, be it biking, hiking, eating, drinking or just flat out enjoying yourself. This weekend is no different.Saturday October 12th I want to highlight two events, both worth visiting, the first is the Havertalian festival in Havertown at Cardinal Foley School,300 E Eagle Road, from 12 pm to 7 pm rain or shine, check out their website for all the details on entertainers, food etc. Free admission but a $3 donation is asked. I wrote last week about how my open houses over the Saturday and Sunday had been so crowded at 822 Cottonwood Drive in Malvern. Well I am not sure if this market is causing all the hoopla at open houses or if it is the houses or my marketing.We once again had a beautiful Tredyffrin Easttown listing, 142 Woodgate Lane, Paoli PA 19301, pre marketing it through the week and going live in the MLS on Thursday morning. We rapidly had numerous appointments beginning at 9.00 am. We had our first offer later that morning.This weekend we planned a single open house for this Tredyffrin Easttown town home on Sunday from 1-3 pm. I had shoe covers lined up ready and waiting.
